What to include
- Public repository URL
- Tool name
- Sanitized error message
- Date and time of the issue
- App version
Do not send passwords, API keys, GitHub tokens, or any other secrets by email.
Security reports
For a potential security issue, email [email protected] with “RepoLore security report” in the subject line. Include only the minimum information needed to describe the issue, and do not include secrets.
Quick troubleshooting
GitHub 404
Confirm that the repository URL is public, spelled correctly, and that the referenced file or commit still exists.
Rate limit
Wait and retry later. Public GitHub API limits can temporarily restrict evidence retrieval.
Unavailable repository
RepoLore currently supports public GitHub repositories only. Check that the repository is available without signing in.
